Janet brought extensive communications expertise to the practice when she ended a fifteen year teaching career. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Kutztown University in Education. In 1991, she decided to enhance her practice management skills by continuing her education at American University in Washington, D.C., where she received her Master's Degree in Human Resources Development.

Much of the structure and environment of our practice is a direct result of Janet's interest and education in the behavioral sciences.

She serves as a facilitator for the staff in developing interpersonal communications, lectures on listening and communication skills and facilitates other practices in attaining these skills.

Melissa is an integral part of the clinical success of the practice, assisting patients in choosing shades and tooth form. When direct composite bondings (white restorations) are accomplished, she determines the blend of various resin shades and tints to give a life-like appearance to the restoration of teeth.

Because of her thorough understanding of surgery and excellent manual dexterity, procedures go, as a visiting periodontist and restorative dentist from Italy noted, "like a dance."

Donna brings 29 years of dental hygiene experience in both periodontal and general dentistry offices to our practice. She is a graduate of Temple University School of Dental Hygiene.

She assists patients in maintaining the highest level of health attainable for the individual. She accomplishes this by listening to concerns patients express and teaching skills to help them accomplish their goals.
